1. Take your 2 cups of buckwheat and soak in water over night
2. Next Morning place buckwheat in a sieve and rinse with cold water, there will be a clear slimy liquid come out of your buckwheat but keep rinsing till water runs clean
3. keep in the sieve over a bowl without water, cover with a tea towel and leave on your bench.
4. Make sure to rinse 3 times a day otherwise will go off , on the third day you should be able to use it.
5. Add all your ingredients to your sprouted buckwheat and mix well
6. Serve with fruit cream and enjoy !
To make fruit cream
1. use one cup frozen berries (or fruit of your choice) and one half cup cashews
