Sun Burgers



What you Need

2 cups finely grated carrot (could use pulp from juicing)

3 cups sunflower seeds

1 tbs garlic flakes

1 tsp salt


Method

1. In a blender add all ingredients except carrot and blend for 3-4 minutes till mixture is a fine consistency


2. Add mixture to carrot pulp and mix well


3. Shape into patty's and place on a lined tray


4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turn and bake for a further 5 minutes
