In a blender add all ingredients except carrot and blend for 3-4 minutes till mixture is a fine consistency 2. Add mixture to carrot pulp and mix well3. Shape into patty's and place on a lined tray 4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, turn and bake for a further 5 minutes
